The time has come for us to sell our beloved 1985 Toyota Sunrader we appropriately named “Skuffy”.

There is so much to say about this build but I will try to keep it to the point. Please take the time to read through everything carefully as this is not your average Sunrader. There has been so much time and care poured into this project and we hope that the next owner will appreciate everything we have done and be able to explore the world once again.

Skuffy started out as an original Toyota Sunrader with about 97000 miles, a 22re engine and an automatic transmission. We planned to only do a minor renovation but once we started taking things apart, we realized the only way to get it to the point we envisioned was to start from scratch so that is what we did. Tune up parts (spark plugs, wires, cap and rotor, fuel filter)

This Toyota Sunrader is a one of a kind home. It has taken us over 15K miles throughout the United States without skipping a beat. It may be slow but it will take you anywhere. It’s not perfect but it is an extremely capable little rig. It is ready to go on any adventure. We have documented the entire build so we have receipts and all the manuals for everything.
