New breaks all around.
Everything works but the furnace but I have a mr buddy heater that I’ve been using this winter and it heats up the place really well.
Maintenanced regularly.
Replaced all the pipes and water pump when I got it and installed a fantastic fan.
No leaks. I’ve checked every time it rains. Also I sweep the snow off after a storm.
Also have 100 watts of solar, brand new 200ah deep cycle AGM batts, mppt charge controller, and a 1000 watt power inverter by renogy that needs to be installed.
Replaced all the lighting with led lights.
