Our Story

We bought our RV in October of 2017 from someone who only had it a short time but kept it in great condition and made some improvements to it. It previously only had one owner, with all original interior. We completely renovated the inside over the course of 2 months (plus continually for 2 years, the projects never ended), then moved into it December 2017 and lived in it full time until March 2020. We mainly lived in it stationary in San Diego but occasionally took it on small trips. We went to the Grand Canyon, stayed on the Strip in Vegas, drove to see family in Modesto, and even did a costal California trip up to Santa Cruz and Mendocino once our baby girl was born.

We’re selling it because it isn’t a good fit for us now with the baby and all and we’d rather see it out on the road than sitting in storage. We absolutely loved our time in the RV and are excited to find it a new owner to take it on adventures.

The Basics:
– 1989 Toyota Seabreeze
– V6 3.0 engine rebuilt
– Automatic transmission
– 107,888 miles
– The engine was rebuilt at 99,927 miles and only 8,000 has been put on it since then
– 21’ Long Class C Motorhome
– 16-18 MPG on highway/city
– AC in truck / coach both work great (must be plugged into to run AC in coach, doesn’t work with solar power)
– Heater in truck / gas heater in coach
– Full shower with 6 gal hot water heater
– 4 burner original stove with oven (the oven doesn’t currently work, but might be an easy fix with some cleaning)
– 4.4 cu ft Magic Chef Mini Fridge with Freezer

List of Improvements made before we purchased it:
– Owner provided us a pre-purchase inspection report and still have it for you to look at
– V6 3.0 engine was rebuilt (had a 2 year warrantee that we didn’t need to use)
– Radiator had been flushed
– New Battery Installed
– New Thermostat installed
– New Water Pump
– Roof had been resurfaced
– Brand New Spare Tire

List of Updates we made:

Installed Solar:
– 4 aerodynamic solar panels adhered to the roof – 120 Watt 120W Solar Panel 12V Poly Off Grid Battery Charger For RV
– 240AH 24V mppt solar battery pack with a 2000W inverter
– You can live off the grid with this solar. We run all the lights, the fridge, charge electronics, we even used a magic bullet blender, hair dryer and curling irons. The only thing the solar won’t do is run the AC unit. That needs shore power (to be plugged in).

– Rebuilt 4 walls
– Removed and resealed all windows and added tinting
– 3 new ceiling fans/vents
– Reupholstered 6’ couch that turns into an extra twin bed
– New vinyl wood flooring and trim
– Removed swivel chair (Area can be used to create more seating with Ikea storage cubes or an Ikea dresser – we had both configurations at one point)
– New Lagun swivel table (can be installed)
– Replaced short bench with new kitchen cabinet and extra countertop space
– Replaced original sink and faucet
– Butcher block counter tops
– Replaced original fridge with mini fridge with freezer (Runs on Solar)
– Nature’s Head composting toilet
– Converted black water tank to extra grey water tank
– Peel and stick vinyl tile to kitchen back splash and shower
– Replaced original shower head and faucet
– Nautilus self cleaning shower door
– New bathroom sink, porcelain bowl and new faucet
– Replaced original bathroom counter with wood
– Bike Rack on the back for 2 bikes
