I don’t have the time to finish out the floors and any other little things before I move. I’m lowering the price and selling as-is. It’s in good condition, and there really isn’t much to finish. It’s already livable, and there is no mechanic work needed what-so-ever.
I’ve added pics of the bathroom. I have the toilet off just to work on the floor, but it goes back on with 2 bolts, and can be done in 2 minutes.
Toyota V6 with less than 60k miles on it. Fully self-contained.
It runs so well, and gets great gas mileage for its size and weight. It’s a Toyota, after all!
Put in some new parts in the past 2 months to get it ready for travel:
– New heavy-duty steel radiator
– New alternator
– New radiator hoses
– Transmission flushed
– Full synthetic oil
Currently in the middle of replacing the carpeted floors with beautiful modern hardwood.
It currently doesn’t have flooring in the bathroom, and so I’m flexible on the price if you want to take over. Otherwise, I’m going to keep working on the interior, and will become increasingly firm on the price as I progress.
The tires are in great condition and only about 2 years old.
It has the V6 engine, which is the one to get instead of the older 4-cylinder models which have a tendency to blow due to being under-powered
There was recently water damage in the front cab-over bed area, which I had professionally repaired in town, and now that whole area is redone and looks great.
I also had them reseal the roof seems while they were at it.
I bought it a few months ago, and started fixing it up to prepare for living and traveling in it full time, but I got a job offer overseas, so now I’m moving and decided to pass it on instead of storing it. I’m going to continue doing little things to the interior until it sales.
It has a clean rebuilt Oregon title. (It was in a fender-bender with the previous owner. I’ve had mechanics verify that there is no structural damage. It has a replaced fender.)
