More Details & Pictures
21′ 1990 Toyota Winnebago Itasca mini-motorhome
New front tires installed April 2018
New house battery installed May 2018
3rd owner, all records kept by original owner & passed down to me, including manuals for intact systems
13-15 mpg highway — which is almost twice what other rigs get!
No transmission, engine, electrical, mechanical, propane, etc issues!
This mini-motorhome interior was completely redone by previous owners and is SUPER cute & instagram ready! (Since I’m super proud of it, I’m gonna mention that I did install the pallet board walls)
Composting toilet (approx $1200 value)
Japanese soaking tub & rainwater shower head (great water pressure)
Gas refrigerator keeps things super cold!
Magnetic rails for knives & spice rack (I can include the spices if you want)
Full-size over-cab bed
Couch can be made back up into table for dining, (would need to purchase table leg for conversion back, but I never really wanted it so it didn’t bother me to keep it as couch)
No smokers in here — ever!
She looks a little rough on the outside, she is kinda dated — she’s a 90’s girl! But her insides more than make up for it, and I actually loved the idea that people underestimated her until they stepped inside.
But otherwise, this vehicle is in SUCH GREAT SHAPE. Mechanically sound, this baby has already gone from Texas to the PNW & she is such a champ — never had a single issue with any system. I’m only selling the vehicle because I’ve decided life on the road isn’t something I’m really ready or made for. I’m settling down in the PNW for a while & want to see someone really get great usage out of her while it’s summer!
Price is negotiable, but no low-ballers. Even though she’s a 1990, Toyota stopped making these in 1993, so you’re not really gonna find anything like this that’s too much older. She’s in great shape mechanically & interior-wises, so I tried to price what a good Toyota & home is worth. If you’re interested in negotiating a GoalZero Yeti 150 generator & GoalZero Boulder 50 solar panel I will include them as well for an additional $275 ($350 on market, and I JUST purchased at REI in May!)
Please email & include Yosemite in the subject so I know you aren’t a robot of any type. You must pick up, clean Texas title. First come, first served, cash in hand and it’s yours. I’ll be sad to see her go.
