Sadly selling my RV after 4+ years of ownership, it’s a 1991 Toyota Itasca Spirit V6, in great mechanical condition, starts right up, this is the model which has the windows in the back (more rare), 21ft so fits in a normal parking spot like a car.
It has been renovated quite a bit, the cab outside painted with white rustoleum to eliminate the oxidation, it has 200w solar panels, the living room was gutted and all the carpeting completely removed (it contained fire retardants that caused weird smell), new wood flooring, a new mattress in the back (so can sleep 2 people in the cabover and 2 people in the back). I’ve used the bathroom area as an office/storage from time to time. The kitchen is functional, it includes a heater, a portable toilet and a bunch of other things that are useful for RV dwelling.Mechanically it’s in great condition, timing belt was changed, the 6 tires (it has dualies in the back) are almost brand new, starts right up, I’ve travelled all over the state with it and never had any issues, though it might struggle uphill going to places like Tahoe and Yosemite, passes smog with flying colors.
The cons: it has been in storage for a bit, so requires a good cleaning and also finishing off the paint job (the stripes outside aren’t completely finished, doesn’t bother me). There was a break in once, so the door is a bit banged up, but I fixed the locking mechanism, should be straightforward to straighten it, I just didn’t bother. You might need to renew the sealants on the roof if you intend on bringing it into a rainy weather area. There’s a crack on the windshield, has been there ever since I bought it, again doesn’t bother me, but just letting you know.
Other than that, it should be good to go, clean title in hand. Asking 9000$, let me know if you have any other questions, I reply fast.
