91k miles, V6 w overdrive, great fuel mileage, sleeps 6, tires have less than 10k on them, 21 ft fits in regular parking space, new front shocks, all new engine hardware & belts (including timing belt) Extremely reliable, previous owners traveled in this rv for 2 years with no problems. I have had it for a year. Didn’t put a lot of more used to it.
Roof is solid, no leaks. Has generator and solar panel and will include levelers, sewage hose etc. Fridge needs to be replaced but otherwise in Great shape. Clean registration, just passed smog no problem, clean title in hand.
