With great sadness, we are selling our beloved “Sugar Shack,” a vintage 1992 Toyota Winnebago Warrior!
This very loved C class RV has the sought out after 3.0 V6 engine and purrs like a kitten! With 105k original miles, she has been on her share of adventures, and runs great with no issues whatsoever.
Keep your beers ice cold in the perfectly functioning Dometic fridge, that runs on propane and electric. After a comfy night’s sleep on the full bed perched above the cab, fry up some eggs and make some breakfast on the 4 burner stove with overhead vent and light! Or microwave some popcorn for your movie night, with the full size microwave. You’ll also have a double basin sink, and multiple cabinets in the kitchen area for storing whatever your heart desires.
The RV has a modest sized closet for simple life living, and a full sized shower and flushable toilet when you’re looking for those familiar comforts of a “real” home.
In the living room, the RV has a dining room table and bench seats (equipped with seatbelts for piling in all your friends for an adventure), and folds down into a twin size bed when they end up spending the night! Our extremely comfy jack knife couch unfolds into a full size bed for more sleeping options, and also comes equipped with seatbelts for more passengers to load into your traveling home!
A new A/C and heating unit has been installed and will freeze you out or cozy you up if you want it to! Original furnace is still installed for heating water or the RV if you prefer.
No current leaks and roof has been resealed and re done. There is still visible minor damage from a leak prior to us buying the RV on one of the interior roof panels, but only cosmetic. (See pics)
When we purchased the RV, she took a trip to the mechanic for full engine servicing and got 2 thumbs up and 6 brand new tires, that now have less than 700 miles on them.
all cushions have been reupholstered to match new curtains in a light grey color.
•20 gallon water tank with functioning water pump for when you’re off the grid and not hooked up to running water.
•2 10 gallon holding tanks for grey water and sewage.
We’ve been living in this RV for 6 months at a RV site, mostly stationary, with some local adventures here and there. Everything has worked great and life in the RV has exceeded our expectations, being the coolest place both of us have ever lived. This is your tiny house on wheels, ready for full time living or weekend adventures!
We’re moving out of the country and we’re sad to see her go, but our loss is definitely your gain!!!
