Up for sale is a Vintage 1974 Toyota hilux based Chinook yes 1974 which mean is it emissions exempt nation wide and will never ever need emissions testing. 
Runs and drives, camper completely gutted out to the bare walls 
Yes hilux the last year real hiluxs were brought here the motor is an 18r and puts more horsepower then a 20r or 22r and get 29+ mpg in camper form unlike the 20r or 22r
This thing get more be aise it’s lighter 

Has full electronic ignition, Weber carb, aftermarket gauges ,Custom headlights , Light weight seats , nice rims and nearly new tires , those alone are worth close to my asking. Price. So your buying a Toyota hilux with tons of extra and a camper shell to boot for less then most people ask for a rusty plain old Toyota pickup Yes they all have rust just pull up the carpet and they will look the same as mine but at least I’m not hiding it so do the math or move on

Odometer is a 5 digit like most cars from before 1990 I could lie you too and say it’s never rolled like most everyone here does but I don’t know if it has or not it runs and drives (best tow it because it needs a new hose but that pretty much it as far as being able to drive it ) 
Clean Colorado title , no emissions needed anywhere in the United States it’s exempt period it even good to go in California .

Cash only $2500 , as is where is feel free to bring your mechanic to check it out .
Will take $2000 for everything without the rims and tires (bring your own) 
Will also do $1500 for the Toyota with out appliances , wheels and no seats .

It needs some work and the camp needs a complete remodeling

No I will not entertain any other offers or trades if my price is too high. Go buy the other guys rig but you won’t find another rig that’s emissions exempt nation wide so good luck and enjoy your yearly inspection fee and repairs to keep the other guys rig compliant

1974 Toyota Chinook gazelle , 29+ mpg on the last toyota hilux model brought to the USA. No the no pickups aren’t rebadged hilux the 20r and 22r engines aren’t as good or power as a hilux engine . 20r = 90 +/- hp , 22r 98 +/- hp , 18r 110 hp and 29 mpg which niether the 20r or 22r get

Camper gutted out and ready for a custom build , by gutted I mean bare walls nothing left inside (no I don’t know the story behind that )

Runs and drives perfect , wouldn’t hesitate driving cross and back

Pop up works canvas in good shape

18r engine , Weber carb , electronic ignition , electronic cooling, tons of new parts and a few boxes of other brand new parts will go with it

4 speed manual transmission

It’s not perfect but will get you where your going no problem

Brand New matching tires all around

make your money back and then some if fully restored it’ll sell for $5000+

Oh due to the last person that came to test drive it and didn’t know how to drive it I will be driving it for you unless you leave a $500 deposit up front for any damages you may cause during text drive period non negotiable .
