More Details & Pictures
1988 Toyota with a factory built Winnebago Industries Frame and a 4cyl 22RE engine.
Clean title and low mileage for her age. She gets good gas mileage but I have always traveled light on my trips and handled her with care. She has been a fun project for me and I have spent countless hours joyfully restoring her interior. I painted and tiled the interior to make it bright and cheerful. I added new curtains and an Oxygenics Body Spa shower head. I added new LED light fixtures and vinyl plank flooring. I turned the fridge cover into a magnetic chalkboard which has been fun and functional while on the road. I also lengthened the table bed to be a much more comfortable length for adults to sleep on and the queen size bed above the cab has been kept very clean with no rips or stains. The previous owner was a smoker and had pets but I have worked hard to vacuum, scrub and clean every inch of this RV so she is asthma and allergy friendly.
Van life has been so much fun and I am not wanting to give her up. Unfortunately, the transmission has gone out on me and now she is sitting in my driveway. Such a shame. My loss is your gain as I do not have the time or knowledge to work on the mechanics of this vehicle. She’s a perfect rig for someone looking for a project. This RV will need a mechanic’s touch to bring the electrical, propane, and engine back to working condition. The tires will also need to be replaced in the near future. I have the original owners manuals for just about every part of this RV which I hope will help with future maintenance.
I have tried to set the price reasonable with the work required to get it running in mind. Most of these RV’s are going for $11-$13 grand, so I have taken into account the mechanical work that it needs and I have priced it accordingly.
This RV is not running and will need to be towed.
I am happy to show the RV and answer any questions to those who are seriously interested in buying it.
